ME AND ARTS (MC SPOOK)

 ME AND ARTS (MC SPOOK)

TODAY WE CONTINUE WITH MC SPOOK ON ME AND ARTS AND WE ARE SORRY YESTERDAY, there was a small problem with power in our small town but here we are

Things MC Spook like To Do?

Spook is a producer & Artist concentrating on putting cool music out. I find myself most drawn to painting and photography.  It helps me escape from my other projects. I travel a lot and take a lot of pictures. Am kind of self-Oriented artist & man that’s why I want to focus on the time frame that I set? I no longer have to work based on someone else expectations or pressure. I put enough pressure on myself. I love being 100% involved with all my projects

What spook is up to

I’ve been busy. Last month I was in the studio with Romi Swahili working on a new music. The day before that, I was in the studio with Eldoret Hit makers. The day before that, Was in Kisumu promoting my New Album. It’s been a packed up year. Have been reaching Khaligraph Jones and soon something will be cooked.

Mc Spook-Kidiwa Martin Luther Preview
Although conscientious street-level chronicles seem as the most valid conception from where this kind of music is obtained, the sole reason why writing _Kidiwa Martin Luther_ was a contemplative aspect, because it is a derivative of certain painful experiences - musically.
Once I became driven by initiative to have a musical path and career, truthful outlooks seemed to inspire me like Martin Luther sourcing for his _95 Theses_ to attribute his character-mapping sociopolitical justice. I needed trans-formative mark on the music I was coming up with. And that usually comes with a lot of experimental angles, sometimes I had to try a couple of interlinking to achieve some type of 'truth' on what I really wanted to do. And starting from somewhere implies unmatched disputing of what was going on. For me, beef isn't discrediting entirely what is in place, but coming up pity was what I felt. Projects were here and there. Cliques and alignments. Labels and artists. Music and songs. The genres and its wars.
Along the journey, the whole "ecological inspiration" (I call it that because, you grow under some surrounding, looking forward to people, gaining from an ideology) fell off. And sometimes looking around to realize that you're still doing something meaningful (even if not to everybody's satisfaction) with what you have, becomes a solid proof.

I was inspired by Romi Swahili's _Sleeping Pills_, which also has a strong, conscious narrative of the industry with reference to ambition, entry into the road and the burdens of music as a journey.
With the record, I had a strong inclination to connect with the real homies, some of whom have been instrumental in mentoring my perspectives on music.
Yes, Eldoret had a voice, even music. "Bigger Than Eldoret", is therefore not a narcissistic cling on I ruling anything or whatever.  It is about the music which surpasses limits and whatnot, which is the vibe.
Constraints do not define ultimately. It's all upon how the struggles are tailored to be relatable with the process. This is one of my very meaningful songs, as so to refer. To everyone who has listened, danced, shared, bought, supported and just straight up enjoyed my art ~THANK YOU
